Hier beschrijven we een methode om infectieuze deeltjes van murine norovirus (MNV), de enige norovirus die efficiënt repliceert in celkweek kwantificeren. De plaque assay maakt gebruik van tropisme MNV voor murine macrofagen en kan worden aangepast voor gebruik met biologische of milieumonsters met MNV.
