Her beskriver vi en fremgangsmåte for å kvantifisere infeksiøse partikler av murin norovirus (MNV), som er den eneste norovirus som effektivt replikerer i cellekultur. Plakett analysen utnytter MNV største tropisme for murine makrofager, og kan tilpasses for bruk med biologiske eller miljøprøver inneholdende MNV.
