Här beskriver vi en metod för att kvantifiera infektiösa partiklar av murint norovirus (MNV), vilket är den enda norovirus som effektivt replikerar i cellodling. Den plackanalys utnyttjar MNV s tropism för murina makrofager och kan anpassas för användning med biologiska eller miljömässiga prover innehållande MNV.
