Cancer Associated Fibroblasten (CAF) te vergemakkelijken tumorinitiatie, groei en progressie door te geven dat bevordert de proliferatie, angiogenese en ontsteking. Hier beschrijven we een methode om pure populaties van normale fibroblasten en CAF isoleren van verse muis en humane weefsels door celsortering, met PDGFRα als oppervlaktemerker.
