Her præsenterer vi en metode til lysmikroskopi analyse af trakeale terminale celler<em> Drosophila</em> Larver. Denne metode giver mulighed for hurtig undersøgelse af branche-og lumen morfologi i hele dyr, og ville være nyttigt for analyse af de enkelte mutanter eller skærme for mutationer, der påvirker terminal celle udvikling.
