I denne video vil vi demonstrere modifikation teknikker til porøse metalliske implantater til at forbedre deres funktionalitet og til at kontrollere celle migration. Teknikker omfatter udvikling af pore farveforløb til at kontrollere celle bevægelse i 3D og produktion af basalmembranen efterligner at kontrollere celle bevægelse i 2-D. Desuden er en HPLC-metode til overvågning af implantat integration in vivo via analyse af blod proteiner beskrevet.
