V3 workflow is een westerse vlek procedure met behulp van vlekvrije gels. De vlekvrije technologie stelt onderzoekers in staat om de kwaliteit van eiwitscheiding te visualiseren, de overdrachtsefficiëntie te verifiëren en vooral om de verandering in het eiwit van belang te valideren met behulp van totale eiwitkwantificering als een betrouwbare belastingscontrole.
