Diagnostisk ultralyd imaging har vist sig at være effektiv til at diagnosticere forskellige respiratoriske sygdomme i mennesker og dyr. Vi demonstrerer en omfattende ultralyd protokol anvendes af Dr. Zuo laboratorium til at analysere membran kinetik specifikt i musemodeller. Dette er også en non-invasiv forskning teknik, der kan give kvantitative oplysninger om mus respiratoriske muskelfunktion.
