Målet med den foreliggende protokollen var å utvikle en metode som gjør at funksjonelle genomiske analyser av mast celle sekresjon. Protokollen er basert på kvantitativ vurdering av frigivelsen av et fluorescerende reportergen cotrasfected med genet av interesse og sanntids analyse av den sekretoriske granuler sin morfologi.
