Neste artigo, nós descrevemos percutânea perfusão hepática isolada com chemofiltration simultânea como tratamento para metástases hepáticas não ressecáveis. Este procedimento é realizado sob anestesia geral na angiografia por uma equipe experiente, composta por um radiologista intervencionista, um perfusionista clínica e anestesista.
