Hematopoietische stamcellen en progenitorcellen (HSPC) afgeleid van gespecialiseerde (hemogenic) endotheelcellen tijdens de ontwikkeling, maar weinig bekend over het proces waarbij sommige endotheelcellen specificeren bloedvormende worden. We tonen een stroom-cytometrie-gebaseerde methode waarmee gelijktijdige isolatie van hemogenic endotheelcellen en HSPC van muizen embryonale weefsels.
