Wir beschreiben ein Hochdurchsatz-Multiplex, und gezielte proteomic Cerebrospinalflüssigkeit (CSF) -Assay mit Potential für klinische Umsetzung entwickelt. Der Test kann für Neurodegeneration, wie Apolipoprotein E-Varianten (E2, E3 und E4), und messen deren allelische Expression potentielle Marker und Risikofaktoren zu quantifizieren.
