Dit protocol geeft een werkwijze voor de morfologische herstel van neuronen patched tijdens elektrofysiologische opnames via biocytine vullen en immunohistochemische latere nabewerking. We laten zien dat dikke-biocytine gevuld secties die werden gekleurd en afgedekt kunnen worden restained met een tweede primair antilichaam dagen of maanden later.
