التصحيح الجراحي لALCAPA ينصح بشدة، بغض النظر عن العمر أو درجة الضمانات الاحتياطية بين الشرايين التاجية. يعرض هذا البروتوكول تقنية لإعادة زرع المباشر من الكبار من نوع ALCAPA في الشريان الأورطي إلى إعادة تأسيس نضح ثنائي التاجي. كلما كان ذلك ممكنا، ويفضل المباشر إعادة زرع لتقنيات تصحيح الجراحية الأخرى.
