De precieze lokalisatie van Golgi bewoners is van essentieel belang voor het begrijpen van de cellulaire functies van het Golgi. Conventionele optische microscopie is echter niet in staat om op te lossen van de sub-Golgi-structuur. Hier beschrijven we het protocol voor een conventionele microscopie gebaseerd super resolutie methode kwantitatief bepalen de sub-Golgi-lokalisatie van een eiwit.
