Beschrijven we een methode waarmee we identificeren kritische residuen nodig zijn voor de binding van de mens of lymfkliertest monoclonal antilichamen die gericht zijn op de virale hemagglutinine van influenza A-virussen. Het protocol kan worden aangepast aan andere oppervlakte glycoproteïnen van virus en hun overeenkomstige neutraliserende antilichamen.
