Hier beschrijven we een fluorimetrische cel-vrije biochemische bepaling voor bepaling van de HDL-lipide peroxidatie. Deze snelle en reproduceerbare kwantitatieve analyse kan worden gebruikt om te bepalen van HDL functie in grootschalige studies en kan bijdragen aan ons begrip van HDL functie in ziekten bij de mens.
