Ce protocole est de récupérer et de préparer des cellules-cibles rares à partir d’un mélange avec des cellules non cibles fond pour la caractérisation génétique moléculaire au niveau unicellulaire. Qualité de l’ADN est égale à cellules individuelles non traitées et permet application unicellulaires (les deux dépistage basé et ciblée d’analyse).
