Detta protokoll är att återhämta sig och förbereda sällsynta målceller från en blandning med icke-målorganismer bakgrund celler för molekylär genetisk karakterisering på enskild cell nivå. DNA kvalitet är lika med icke-behandlade enstaka celler och möjliggör encelliga ansökan (båda screening baserat och riktad analys).
