Vi beskriver en metod för att kvantifiera sammanläggning av felveckning proteiner. Våra protokolldetaljer lentiviral inducerad stabil cell linje generation, automatiserade confocal bildbehandling och bildanalys av protein aggregat. Som ett belysande program studerat vi effekten av små molekyler att främja SOD1 aggregation i en tid - och dosberoende sätt.
