Neuro-udviklingsmæssige processer såsom spredning, migration og neurite udvækst er ofte desorienterede i neuropsykiatriske sygdomme. Dermed, vi præsenterer protokoller for at hurtigt og reproducerbar vurdere disse Neuro-udviklingsmæssige processer i menneskelig iPSC-afledte NPCs. Disse protokoller tillader også vurdering af virkningerne af relevante vækstfaktorer og therapeutics på NPC udvikling.
