Le protocole ici décrit les interactions de protéine purifiée hEAG1 de canal ionique avec la petite molécule lipidique ligand phosphatidylinositol 4, 5-bisphosphate (PIP2). La mesure démontre que BLI pourrait être une méthode potentielle pour le dépistage de nouvelles petites molécules ion canal ligand.
