Her præsenterer vi metode til klonede analyse af hæmatopoietisk stamcelle prækursorer under murine embryonale udvikling. Vi kombinere indeks sortering af enkelt celler fra embryonale aorta-gonade-mesonephros regionen med endotel Co cellekultur og transplantation til at karakterisere fænotypiske egenskaber og engraftment potentiale af enkelt hæmatopoietisk prækursorer.
