Vi beskriver en dramatiskt förbättrad metod för mus kloning med trichostatin A, C-vitamin och avjoniserat bovint serum albumin. Vi visar ett förenklat, reproducerbara protokoll som stöder effektiv utveckling av klonade embryon. Denna metod kan därför bli ett standardiserat förfarande för mus kloning.
