Vi beskriver her en metode til at isolere og rense dendritiske celler fra forskellige anatomiske rum i den menneskelige kvindelige forplantningsorganerne for evalueringen af deres phenotypical og funktionelle egenskaber. Denne metode kan tilpasses til at isolere andre immunceller eller dendritiske celler fra andre slimhinden væv.
