Antistoffer, der binder til at målrette receptorer på cellens overflade kan tillægge kropsbygning og klyngedannelse ændringer. Disse dynamiske ændringer har konsekvenser for kendetegner stof udvikling i target-cellerne. Denne protokol udnytter Konfokal mikroskopi og billede korrelation spektroskopi gennem ImageJ/FIJI at opgøre omfanget af receptor klynger på cellens overflade.
