In der vorliegenden Studie, beschreiben wir eine Methodik zur Analyse des Genotyps C924T. Das Protokoll besteht aus drei Phasen: DNA-Extraktion, Verstärkung durch Polymerase-Kettenreaktion (PCR) und Analyse von der Beschränkung Fragment-Länge Polymorphismus (RFLP) auf Agarosegel.
