Tilgjengeligheten av somatiske SCs er avgjørende for regenerativ medisin, sykdom modellering og få innsikt i SC egenskaper. Presenterer her vi eksperimentelle strategier for å omprogrammere, i vitro, atskilte voksen celler til sine tilsvarende utvides vev-spesifikke stem/stamfar celler av forbigående uttrykk for enkelt transcriptional co aktivatoren YAP.
