Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het genereren van een sferoïde huidmodel voor 3D organotypic melanoom die zowel de architectuur recapituleert en meercellige complexiteit van een orgel/tumor in vivo maar tegelijkertijd herbergt systematische experimentele interventie.
