Hier beschrijven we de isolatie van darmen-gliale cellen uit de intestinale submucosa-sequentiële EDTA incubations met divalente kationen en vervolgens incubatie in de oplossing van de gegevensterugwinning van de niet-enzymatische cel chelaat. De resulterende celsuspensie op poly-D-lysine en laminin plating resulteert in een sterk verrijkt cultuur van submucosal gliacellen voor functionele analyse.
