Her beskriver vi induksjon av eksperimentelle IELTS i 129S1/SvImJ mus ved rask retrobulbar injeksjon av doksorubicin. Vi behandler også nephrotic mus med vedvarende release pellets som inneholder aprotinin for å hemme urin serine protease aktivitet og hindre natrium oppbevaring.
