هنا، نقدم بروتوكولا لتوليد المستحثة pluripotent الخلايا الجذعية (إيبسكس) من متلازمة لي-Fraumeni (الدراسة الاستقصائية) الليفية المشتقة المريض، التفريق بين إيبسكس عبر الخلايا الجذعية الوسيطة (MSCs) إلى خلايا الاوستيوبلاستس، والنمذجة في فيفو توموريجينيسيس باستخدام خلايا الاوستيوبلاستس المستمدة من المريض في الدراسة الاستقصائية.
