Her præsenterer vi en protokol for generation af induceret pluripotente stamceller (iPSCs) fra Li-Fraumeni syndrom (LFS) patient afledte fibroblaster, differentiering af iPSCs via mesenchymale stamceller (msc) til osteoblaster og modellering in vivo tumordannelse med LFS patient-afledte osteoblaster.
