Vi presenterer en protokoll for å indusere og fenotype en akutt høyre hjertesvikt i en stor dyremodell med kronisk lungehypertensjon. Denne modellen kan brukes til å teste terapeutiske intervensjoner, for å utvikle riktige hjertemålinger eller for å forbedre forståelsen av akutt høyre hjertesvikt patofysiologi.
