Beskrevet er forberedelsen af antigene liposomal nanopartikler og deres anvendelse i stimulerende B-celle aktivering i in vitro og i vivo. Sammenhængende og robust antistof svar førte til udviklingen af en ny jordnøddeallergi model. Protokol til at generere antigene Liposomer kan udvides til at omfatte forskellige antigener og immunisering modeller.
