Beschreven is de voorbereiding van de antigene Liposomale nanodeeltjes en hun gebruik in stimulerende B-cel activatie in vitro pt in vivo. Consistente en robuuste antilichaam reacties geleid tot de ontwikkeling van een nieuw model van de pindaallergie. Het protocol voor het genereren van antigene liposomen kan worden uitgebreid tot verschillende antigenen en immunisatie modellen.
