Vi præsenterer her, en protokol for at hurtigt isolere høj kvalitet kerner fra frisk eller frossen væv til downstream massivt parallel RNA sekvensering. Vi medtager vaskemiddel-mekaniske og hypotonic-mekaniske væv forstyrrelser og celle lysis muligheder, som begge kan bruges til isolering af kerner.
