We introduceren een nieuwe workflow voor elektronenmicroscopie onderzoek van hersenweefsel. De methode kan de gebruiker te onderzoeken van neuronale functies op onpartijdige wijze. Voor elementair-analyse presenteren wij ook een script dat de meeste van de workflow voor gerandomiseerde steekproeven automatizes.
