Klass 1 histondeacetylaser (HDACs) som RpdA har vunnit betydelse som potentiella mål för att behandla svamp infektioner. Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för den specifika berikningen av TAP-märkta RpdA kombinerat med en HDAC aktivitets analys som gör in vitro effektivitets test av histondeacetylashämmare.
