Bu yazıda, SRS deneysel kurma işleminin lazer tarama mikroskobu ile entegrasyonu ile elde edilen, stimüle edilen Raman saçılma (SRS) mikroskobu uygulaması açıklanmıştır. SRS mikroskobu iki femtosaniye (FS) lazer kaynakları, bir TI-safir (TI: sa) ve senkronize optik parametrik osilör (OPO) dayanmaktadır.
