Præsenteret her er en protokol for spontan generation af Neuro kugler beriget i neurale stamceller fra høj densitet belagte neuroner. Under det samme eksperiment, når neuroner er belagt med en lavere tæthed, protokollen resulterer også i langvarige primære rotte neuron kulturer.
