Presynapse vorming is een dynamisch proces, met inbegrip van accumulatie van synaptische eiwitten in de juiste volgorde. Bij deze methode wordt presynapse vorming geactiveerd door kralen geconjugeerd met een presynapse Organizer eiwit op axonale vellen van "neuron Ball" cultuur, zodat accumulatie van synaptische eiwitten gemakkelijk kan worden geanalyseerd tijdens presynapse vorming.
