Dit protocol is gericht op het opzetten van ubiquitine (UB) en ubiquitine-likes (Ubls) specifieke proteomes om veranderingen van dit soort post-translationele modificaties (Ptm's) te identificeren, geassocieerd met een specifieke aandoening zoals een behandeling of een fenotype.
