Dit protocol beschrijft hoe de intestinale permeabiliteit van Caenorhabditis elegansmeten. Deze methode is nuttig voor fundamenteel biologisch onderzoek naar intestinale gezondheid in verband met de interactie tussen darmbacteriën en hun gastheer en voor screening om te identificeren van probiotische en chemische agentia te genezen van lekkende gut syndroom en inflammatoire darmziekten.
