Het vertalen van ribosoomaffiniteitszuivering (TRAP) biedt de mogelijkheid om ontwikkelingsprogramma's te ontleden met minimale verwerking van organen en weefsels. Het protocol levert hoogwaardig RNA op uit cellen die zijn gericht op een groene fluorescerende eiwit (GFP)-gelabelde ribosomalsubunit. Downstream analysetools, zoals qRT-PCR of RNA-seq, onthullen weefsel- en celtypespecifieke expressieprofielen.
