Målet med denne protokol er at analysere celledeling i intakt væv ved levende og fast celle mikroskopi ved hjælp af Drosophila meiotiske spermatocytter. Protokollen viser, hvordan man isolere hele, intakte testikler fra Drosophila larver og tidlig pupper, og hvordan man behandler og montere dem til mikroskopi.
