Het doel van dit protocol is om celdeling in intact weefsel te analyseren door levende en vaste celmicroscopie met drosophila meiotic spermatocyten. Het protocol laat zien hoe hele, intacte teelballen van Drosophila larven en vroege poppen te isoleren, en hoe ze te verwerken en te monteren voor microscopie.
