Målet med denne protokollen er å analysere celledeling i intakt vev ved levende og fast cellemikroskopi ved hjelp av Drosophila meiotic spermatocytes. Protokollen demonstrerer hvordan man isolerer hele, intakte testikler fra Drosophila larver og tidlig pupae, og hvordan du behandler og monterer dem for mikroskopi.
