Wir präsentieren ein Protokoll zur Isolierung von endokardialen und koronaren Endothelzellen aus Rattenherzen durch sequentielle Gewebeverdauung in einem Verdauungspuffer, Zellsammlung aus rezidivierenden Zentrifugenzyklen und Zellreinigung mit rattenfeindlichen CD31-Mikroperlen.
