Burada Lactobacillus hücresiz süpernatantın (LCFS) kanser önleyici etkilerini anlamak için yöntemler sunulmaktadır. Kolorektal kanser hücre hatları 3D kültürlerde LCFS ile tedavi edildiğinde hücre ölümlerini göstermektedir. Sferoid üretme süreci iskeleye bağlı olarak optimize edilebilir ve sunulan analiz yöntemleri ilgili sinyal yollarını değerlendirmek için yararlıdır.
